Who this policy covers

This policy applies to this website, operated for Transparent Retirement Group. It does not cover other websites you may reach from links here, including the firm’s own site or third-party sites.

Information you give us

If you use the contact form, you choose what to send. The form asks for your name, your email address, and a message, and optionally your phone number, the topic you want to discuss, and a broad investable-asset range.

That submission is emailed to the office so someone can reply to you. It is not sold, rented, or passed to advertisers. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through a web form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the hosting platform records basic request information such as the page requested, the approximate region of the request, and the browser type. This is used to keep the site working and secure.

A small cookie records the privacy mode that applies to your region so the site knows whether to ask for consent before loading anything non-essential. It holds only the words for that mode and nothing about you.

Cookies and analytics

Non-essential analytics are gated behind your choice. Where prior consent applies, nothing non-essential loads until you accept. Where notice and choice applies, you can turn analytics off at any time and that takes effect immediately.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a request to keep non-essential tracking off unless you have explicitly chosen otherwise here.

• Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your consent choice. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics measures anonymous page views so we can tell which pages are worth keeping.
• There is no advertising pixel, no session-replay tool, and no cross-site tracking on this site.
• Your consent choice is stored for 180 days, and is reset if this policy version changes.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. Rejecting also clears the first-party tracker state we know about.

How long information is kept

Contact form submissions live in the office email account and are kept as long as needed to respond to you and to meet the firm’s record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

Your choices

• Change or withdraw your cookie consent using Cookie Settings in the footer.
• Ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• Contact us by phone or email instead of using the form, if you would rather not submit anything online.
